1. Who you are contracting with

ReceiptSmith is provided by Receipt Maker ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Receipt Maker.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use ReceiptSmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. The service

ReceiptSmith is an online tool for generating receipts. You may build receipts for free and pay a one-time fee to unlock unlimited, watermark-free downloads.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or creating false documents to deceive others.
  • Send spam or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its underlying software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you create, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Payment terms

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, and related mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
